"Stormbreaker" by Anthony Horowitz

Stormbreaker is an action packed novel about a teenage spy set on a deadly mission to save his country. It is set in present day England. Alex Rider is nothing but a normal school-boy that lost his parents when he was a child and so now lives with his uncle. Alex’s life suddenly turns upside down when his uncle is found dead in a car-crash. After his uncle's death, he is forcefully recruited to M16 and learns that his whole life his uncle has not been a businessman but a spy, and he has been training Alex for the day that he also becomes a spy. Alex’s life goes from normal to extraordinary as he is pulled out of school and dragged into a mission that can save thousands. What will this 14 year-old boy do when the fate of his country is placed into his hands?

Stormbreaker is an incredible book for any reader that enjoys action and adventure. I would also recommend this book to teenagers since they can easily relate to how much pressure and fright Alex Rider must be have felt when he was asked to go on a deadly mission to save his country. I would give this book a 9/10 because it is so suspenseful and action-packed. I liked how I could relate to the main character in the story since he was my age, and how in each chapter something thrilling occurred. The only part of this book I would have changed was the ending since it wasn’t as exciting as it could’ve been. I really think that this novel is incredible and worth reading, so even if you’re not into adventure or action you should give this book a try.

Storm breaker it self sounds so interesting and scary.
The picture of the book is nice, and the dark backround is good, so i guess that the book will be interesting. Plus i like action books. This review is clear and concise, and it gives enough information for me to say that i would like to read this book. And espacially then a main character is 14 years old as me and his name is Alex too.

I have read Stormbreaker, and i think that the review covers the most vital parts of the book. It is an interesting book that is the start of a great series, and i think that anybody who wants to find a new type of books should read these. If a hadnt already read the book, this review would of encouraged me to do so, so i think that this a good review.

This book review sounds really exciting and the main character has a special identity that the fate of the country helds in his hands. Since the main character is about my age it might be interesting to read the story and try to understand the character's mind

This is a book of nonstop action. In every page the protagonist is in some sort of dangerous situation. The topic is also appealing as it is about a spy with gadgets like Jamesbond but is a teenager the same age as us.

I've never read this book, but I've read other Anthony Horowwitz books and I watched the movie of it. The movie was obviously not a chick flick, but it was really fun, and like the other people sad, action-packed. The gadgets and stunts were really appealing, as is the story line. It's not really something recomended to girls but its still a good read if you want another kind of motion picture novle.

This has to be one of the best reviews I have read so far. (This is my 4th comment.) The perfect amount of info is given and the breif thoughts on the author's writing style and genre of the book are very nicely done. The book itself has to be a great book because the review is so good. I really like action books so this should be nice. Awesome Job Brennnnnnaaan!

The overall book review sound interesting and unrealistic because the main character is a spy even thought he is about my age.

Stormbreaker is an intriguing book, however, the plot is unrealisitc and mostly based on coincidence or luck. The review, however, is very good, and makes the reader want to read the book. The plot summary is accurate and tells just enough. The personal opinion is also easy to relate to.

I've read this book before and enjoyed it alot. I think it's a real page-turner and you will definitely want to continue reading this series. This book is like a kid version of James Bond, complete with a set of gadgets. If you're the kind of person that likes suspense and action type of books, you will enjoy Alex Rider. I saw the movie, but it wasn't as good as the book.

I have read this book before and I think it is a great book. I think most people would enjoy this book. After reading this book, I had to read all of the others until I finished the entire series. When the movie came out, I watched it, but I don't think it is as good as the book.
I think this is a good review. It tells you about the book without giving any spoilers.

I've been convinced to read this book. I think that Brennan did a good job writing this review. I've seen many kids in our grade reading this book and the other books in the series, so it must be good. Like Markus said, "I'll try it".
